These are the first of the 16 155mm self-propelled howitzers purchased by the Lithuanian Armed Forces from the German Armed Forces under a contract signed in September 2015, 5 more have been purchased for training and spare parts.

The wheeled variant of Koalitsiya-SV has yet to be officially unveiled. However, Russian newspaper Vestnik Mordovii has published the photo of the system designated as 2S35-1 Koalitsiya-SV-KSh (KSh stands for wheeled chassis-based, Kolyosnoye Shassi) on the move.
