Hawkei armoured vehicle prototypes delivered to Australia’s Department of Defence for testing
 
Thales Australia has delivered two prototypes of its ground-breaking Hawkei vehicle to Australia’s Department of Defence. The vehicles are being submitted for verification and validation under the Department’s LAND 121 Phase 4 program, which will replace part of the Army’s fleet of Land Rovers with light protected mobility vehicles.

Iran has started a new project to design and build a very advanced fighter aircraft
 
Speaking to the Iranian press agency FNA, Lieutenant Commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF) for Self-Sufficiency Jihad and Industrial Researches General Mohammad Reza Karshki said that the project for a new home-made fighter jet is a joint venture by the IRIAF and the Defense Industries Organization of the Defense Ministry.

(LMI), to leverage that company’s new facility in London, Ontario, in pursuit of Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) vehicle programs.
