At DX Korea 2018, Defense Exhibition near Seoul, South Korea, Hanwha Land Systems presents its new development of 4x4 wheeled Multi-Purpose Unmanned Vehicle (MPUV) in two configurations, one for reconnaissance and a second version that can be used to transport military equipment. These vehicles were developed to response for a new program of ground unmanned vehicles for the South Korean Army.

The upgraded K-30 BiHo (Flying Tiger) 30mm self-propelled anti-aircraft armored vehicle fitted with two launchers of KP-SAM Shin-Gung BOW shoulder-launched surface-to-air missile mounted on each side of the turret is now in service with the ROK (Republic of Korea) Army. The vehicle was developed to meet the operational requirements of the Republic of Korea Armed Forces for a highly mobile short range air defense system.

The South Korean Company Daeji unveils TD2S, a new anti-drone combat vehicle based on the Tambora 4x4 multi-purpose armored with different types of drone jammer equipment. The vehicle is equipped with innovative defense systems to create safe zone and to fight drones that could be used to perform terrorist attacks.

At DX Korea 2018, defense exhibition in South Korea, German Company Dynamit Nobel Defence showcases its full range of shoulder-launched anti-tank weapons systems including the Panzerfaust 3, RGW90 and the new RGW 110. Product portfolio of Dynamit Nobel Defence contains state-of-the-art shoulder launcher weapons from 60mm to 110mm covering effective range from 300 to 1,200m.

South Korean army presents new generation of tracked armored NRBC vehicle at DX Korea 2018, defense exhibition near Seoul. To counter North Korean threats, the South Korean army has received in 2017, a new tracked armored CBRN (Chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) called Recon Vehicle-II reconnaissance vehicle based on K200A1 tracked APC (Armored Personnel Carrier).

Saab in cooperation with Boeing is highlighting the Ground Launched Small Diameter Bomb’s long-range precision fires capability at the DX Korea Exhibition currently held in Seoul. GLSDB’s long-range maneuvering capability proven to engage moving target at 100 km The two companies have demonstrated GLSDB’s capabilities for ground forces during a test fire where the laser-enabled weapon successfully launched and then tracked and engaged a moving target at a distance of 100 kilometers.

U.S. Defense Company General Dynamics Missions Systems showcases its new HOOK3 Combat Survival Radio (CSR) at DX Korea 2018, Defense Exhibition in Seoul, South Korea. The HOOK3® Combat Survival Radio (CSR) provides direct, line-of-sight voice and encrypted two-way data communications that help combat search and rescue teams quickly locate and rescue downed pilots and isolated military personnel.

At DX Korea 2018, South Korean army presents its new generation of 4x4 light tactical vehicle called K152 in APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) version developed jointly by the ROK (Republic of Korea Army) and the Company KIA manufacturer of civilian and military vehicles. The K152 will replace the old light 4x4 light tactical K131 which is in service with the South Korean armed forces since 1997.

South Korean Company Hanwha Defense Systems unveils a scale model of the Tigon, a new wheeled armored vehicle in 6x6 configuration at DX Korea 2018, Defense Exhibition in Seoul, South Korea, September 2018. According to Hanwha Defense Systems management, the Tigon is a new generation of wheeled armored offering more mobility and protection than the previous version of Black Fox wheeled armored also produced by the Company.

Global success for the South Korean K9 Thunder 155mm tracked self-propelled howitzer in service with South Korean army but also to 5 other countries including Turkey, Poland, India, Finland and Estonia. The K9 Thunder is a South Korean tracked self-propelled 155 mm howitzer developed by Samsung Techwin for the Republic of Korea Armed Forces and now manufactured by Hanwha Land Systems.

Hanwha Land Systems is showcasing its solutions for land forces at the DX Korea 2018 defense exhibiton which opened its doors today at the Kintex exhibition center in Seoul, South Korea. Hanwha Land Systems entered the defense industry in 1983 and produced a ground-based weapons system that was pivotal to enhancing the combat power of the South Korea’s armed forces.

BAE Systems is expanding its presence in The Republic of Korea through the opening of a new office in Sacheon. The office is part of BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems business and provides in-country services and interface with Korean customers and partners and also support the key products developed by its Electronic Systems business in the US and UK including advanced avionics, flight controls, active sticks, head-up displays and precision guided munitions.

The South Korean Company Hyundai Rotem presents a desert version of its K2 Black Panther Main Battle Tank (MBT) at DX Korea Defense Exhibition in South Korea. The K2 MBT is one of the most modern MBT in the world fully developed and produced in South Korea, that entered in service with the South Korean armed forces in June 2014.

Hanwha Systems is showcasing its IFF Mode 5 at the DX Korea 2018 defense exhibiton which opened its doors today at the Kintex exhibition center in Seoul, South Korea. As a defense electronics company, Hanwha Systems has significantly advanced the defense capabilities of South Korea's military since the company was founded in 1978.
