International Exhibition of Weapons Systems and Military Equipment “KADEX”, which was held in Astana since 2010, has become an excellent place for demonstration of the latest achievements in military industry and experience exchange among specialists.
The world community has highly appreciated the conduct of Kazakhstan defence exhibition. It is proved by increase of participants and visitors. Each year the exhibition is marked by signing of significant number of agreements. International Exhibition of Weapons Systems and Military Equipment “KADEX” has become a good tradition and firmly retains the role of forum which unites members of world’s leading companies in military industry. |

Aims of the exhibition:
• Widening of opportunities and perspectives of domestic enterprises in accordance with necessities of the Armed Forces, other forces and military formation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, assistance of their production promotion to foreign markets; • Attraction of foreign developers and manufacturers of military and special-purpose production in the sphere of modern production and modernization of armament and military equipment to the republic; • Creation of favourable conditions for establishment and development of mutually beneficial contracts between manufacturers and consumers of defence industry production, experience exchange in issues of technological modernization of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Business program included International Military Scientific-Technical Conference “Modern Military-Technical Policy: Problems and Perspectives”, during which 32 presentations, seminars and “round tables” were held with session of Interstate Commission Board for military-economic cooperation of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) members and the CSTO Coordinating Board for advertising and exhibition activities.
Demonstrational program of «KADEX 2016» included display of newest technical units of Land and aviation forces, tactical operations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Armed Forces’ special subdivisions and demonstrative flights of combat aviation groups. |
