A UGV designated D-21-11 developed for the Ukrainian army is currently being tested, the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, announced, echoed by Militarnyi. This system was created as part of the Brave1 defense technology cluster.

According to Mykhailo Fedorov, the UGV will be used by the army to conduct reconnaissance, logistics and attack or defensive operations. For the latter, the D-21-11 is equipped with a remotely operated weapon station whose armament can vary. The remotely-controlled D-11 turret, armed with a machine gun, has already passed successful tests and has received positive feedback from the military.

Currently, the developers plan to integrate NATO types of weapons into the turret and strengthen resistance to enemy electronic warfare (jamming). The technical team is currently working on scaling serial production.

As part of the Brave1 defense technology cluster, as of December 2023, 135 developments worth $2.3 million have been funded. Ground robotic systems received most of the funds; unmanned aerial vehicles took second place in terms of spending, and military defense and security systems came third.

Also, the funds under Brave1 received means of logistics and life support, systems of automated management, communication and information protection, and technical means of intelligence. Another area of funding for Brave1 is portable electronic devices. In November, "Military" reported that a compact "ETER" radio-electronic intelligence system had been created in Ukraine.

In December, Milrem Robotics signed an agreement with Ukroboronprom on the joint development of new-generation robotic ground systems.
