According to a video published on the "UNITED24” YouTube account on February 3, 2023, the Ukrainian armed forces have deployed for combat operations in the Kharkiv region its local-made T-84U Oplot, one of the most modern main battle tanks in the world.
According to information published on the Facebook account of the Former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, thanks to funds from the Poroshenko Foundation and Ukrainian volunteers association “SPRAVA HROMAD”, the Ukrainian army 43rd Artillery Brigade received Oshkosh M1070 military tank transporter truck to move quickly the PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers on the battlefield.
According to a video published on "Ukraine Weapons Tracker" on February 1, 2023, the Ukrainian army has destroyed for the first time a Russian TOR-M2DT, the latest generation of air defense missile system based on the chassis of the DT-30PM tracked all-terrain vehicle. According to information published on the Internet, the TOR-M2DT would have been destroyed by an American M982 Excalibur extended-range guided artillery projectile.

A new picture has been published on the MilitaryLand.net Twitter account on January 19, 2023, showing Panthera T6 4x4 armored vehicle designed by the Company Minerva Special Purpose Vehicles, used by the Ukrainian army. Citing information from MilitaryLand.net, the vehicle was spotted near Bakhmut, a city located in the Donbas region.
New pictures were released on the Russian Social Network "VK" showing the use in Ukraine by the Russian armed forces of the latest variant of the BM-21 Grad 122mm MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket System) named the Tornado-G which is able to fire GPS-guided rockets offering more accuracy with a maximum firing range of 40 km.
Citing information published by the Russian Defense News website "TopWar" on January 15, 2023, the Russian army continues to massively deploy its latest generation of combat tanks T-90M which were spotted now in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia directions, southeastern Ukraine. In recent weeks, the T-90M had been seen only in the Donbas region.
According to a video published on Russian Social Network "VK" on January 12, 2022, Ukrainian soldiers captured a Russian-made T-90S tank, which is an export version of the T-90 especially designed and manufactured for the foreign military market.

The United States and Germany will each deliver to Ukraine a PATRIOT air defense missile battery to counter the drone and missile attacks of the Russian armed forces. The Russian mercenary group Wagner deployed in Ukraine is equipped with the latest generation of Russian-made main battle tank T-90M. Citing information reported by the Russian journalist Alexander Simonov on its Telegram account, the Wagner group is deployed around the city of Bakhmut with T-90M tanks.

According to our first analysis, the vehicle is based on the chassis of a BMP-1 IFV (Infantry Fighting Vehicle) equipped with the turret of a 2S9 NONA, a Soviet-made 120 mm self-propelled mortar carrier tracked armored vehicle.
On December 26, 2022, the General staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released pictures showing the use of the Ukrainian-made Bogdana also referred to as 2S22 Bohdana, a truck-mounted 155 self-propelled howitzer developed by Kharkiv Tractor Plant (KhTZ), a tractor manufacturing company based in Ukraine.
The K-4386 Typhoon-VDV, another new 4x4 armored vehicle designed for Russian airborne troops is now deployed in Ukraine to perform combat operations. The vehicle was unveiled in 2019 at the Military Technical Forum defense exhibition that was held near Moscow.
The LRU rocket launcher tracked vehicles, the French version of the American M270 227mm MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket System) donated by France are now on combat duty with the Ukrainian armed forces and ready to be used against the Russian forces deployed in Ukraine. According to a video published on Twitter on December 18, 2022, the Ukrainian army uses a new type of tracked armored IFV (Infantry Fighting Vehicle) based on a tracked chassis of a Soviet-made BMP-1 IFV fitted with a 30mm cannon turret of a BMD-2, a Russian-made airborne tracked armored vehicle.

Russian armed forces have one of the largest artillery forces in the world which are used intensively in the fights against the Ukrainian army. Despite having developed in the 70s, Russian artillery units continue to use in Ukraine the Tyulpan M-1975, NATO code-named 2S4, a 240mm self-propelled mortar tracked armored vehicle which is considered as the most powerful mobile mortar system in the world.
According to pictures released on Facebook on December 17, 2022, the 30th Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian army captured Main Battle Tanks of the Russian forces in operational conditions including a T-80U and the latest generation of Russian tanks, the T-90M.
The Ukrainian soldiers captured enough BMP-3 tracked armored IFVs (Infantry Fighting Vehicles) of the Russian army to equip one infantry motorized battalion. Several pictures and videos were published on social networks showing the 98th Territorial Defense Battalion Azov equipped with a mix of Russian-made BMP-3 IVS and YPR-765 light tracked APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) vehicles donated by the Netherlands.
Ukrainian army continues to capture an impressive number of combat vehicles used by the Russian armed forces including the 2S33 also named 2S19M2 MSTA-SM2, the latest generation of 152mm tracked-self-propelled howitzer in the 2S129 howitzers family.
