The agreement includes the supply of 20 PULS artillery rocket systems, integrated into the COMMIT truck platform, previously selected by the Defense Material Organization (DMO). It also covers rockets and missiles of various ranges, in addition to offering training and support services.

Elbit's PULS is a uniquely designed system based on an open architecture approach. This design strategy ensures future scalability, facilitates the integration of existing C4i solutions, and offers the flexibility to be tailored to specific client needs.

The PULS launcher system offers a broad-range, cost-effective solution, capable of firing both free-flying and precision-guided rockets and missiles with a range of 12km to an impressive 300km. The versatility of the PULS system also lies in its adaptability, as it can be mounted on various wheeled and tracked platforms. This adaptability provides a significant reduction in maintenance and training costs for legacy fleets.

Elbit Systems' President and CEO, Bezhalel (Butzi) Machlis, expressed gratitude towards the Israeli and Netherlands Ministries of Defense for this significant agreement. He emphasized that the acquisition of the PULS system will substantially bolster the Royal Netherland Army's capacity for effective indirect fire support and improve their interoperability with other NATO allies that have procured these systems. According to Machlis, this contract further validates Elbit Systems' advanced military technologies and their robust alliances with NATO countries throughout Europe.
