For several days, videos have been posted online and on social media showing the Russian Defense Minister, Army General Sergei Shoigu, visiting ammunition and armored vehicle production factories. According to information released by the Russian defense industry, the production of ammunition and military equipment has been increased to meet the needs of the conflict in Ukraine.

By sharing these propaganda videos on social media, Russia wants to show that it is not weakened by the economic measures taken against the country and that its defense industry still has unlimited resources to produce more weapons and military vehicles in support of the war in Ukraine.

Representatives of the Russian defense companies' management reported to Sergei Shoigu that over the past few months, the volume of production of all types of ammunition has been significantly increased to supply the troops.

Furthermore, at present, a program for the further expansion of production capacities for the manufacture of weapons systems is being successfully implemented to meet the needs of Russian forces carrying out military operations in Ukraine.

During a visit to an armored vehicle production facility, Sergei Shoigu was also informed about ongoing projects for the modernization of military equipment and weapons used in the Russian army. Following combat experience in Ukraine, new projects are underway in the field of armored vehicles to improve armor and soldier protection.

The Russian Defense Minister inspected the production facilities of the Arzamas company, assembly lines, and workshops for the production of various modifications of armored personnel carriers and Tigr and BTR-80 armored vehicles.

The head of the Arzamas machine-building plant noted that the new double armor on promising equipment models can withstand the detonation of two kilograms of TNT, penetration of armor-piercing incendiary ammunition, protect the radiator, hood, and wheeled chassis, and also safeguard personnel from various weapons, including small arms fire, shell fragments, and mortar shells.

In conclusion, despite facing economic sanctions and restrictive measures from various countries, Russia's defense industry continues to demonstrate resilience and adaptability. The ongoing production and modernization of military equipment, as well as the expansion of production capacities, emphasize Russia's determination to maintain and develop its defense capabilities. The release of these videos and information on social media serves as a message to the world that Russia's defense industry remains robust, even in the face of adversity.
