EODH DYNAMICS New 10,000 m² Factory to Meet Europe’s Growing Demand for Armored Vehicles.

On May 2, 2025, the Greek company EODH SA announced the creation of EODH DYNAMICS, a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to the land defense sector. This new entity aims to cover the entire industrial chain, from research and development to full-scale production, including prototype manufacturing. Its objective is to meet the increasing needs of the Greek and allied armed forces for combat vehicles, support equipment, and modernized systems.

EODH DYNAMICS positions itself within a broader effort to reinforce European industrial integration. Building on EODH’s established presence in the European defense ecosystem, the new company seeks to play a structuring role in developing the capacities necessary for the continent’s industrial sovereignty. By leveraging existing synergies, strategic partnerships, cooperation agreements, and current framework contracts, it aims to become a key player on local, European, and international markets.

The industrial facilities under construction will span 10,000 square meters and be equipped with advanced machinery, including artificial intelligence and robotic technologies. The site, assigned to Preconstructa SA under a turnkey contract with a one-year completion timeline, will include dedicated areas for cutting, welding, machining, vehicle assembly, painting, testing, and the production of turrets, remotely operated weapon stations (RWS), as well as integration of fire control systems, electronics, and electro-optical components. The acquisition of necessary industrial equipment is already underway.

This development is part of a broader expansion initiative by the parent company, EODH Protection SA, which recently extended its operations through the renovation of a newly acquired facility adjacent to its existing site. The installation of CNC and 5-axis machining tools has significantly increased its production capacity.

EODH, based in Greece, has over 20 years of experience in protective technologies and survivability systems for advanced military platforms. Through its engineering capabilities and operationally driven approach, the company develops vehicles, upgrade kits, and protection systems tailored to contemporary threats. Continuous research and development efforts contribute to improved protection, signature management, and mobility, while adhering to the highest quality standards.

EODH’s solutions are integrated by several major defense contractors and are used by armed forces worldwide. The company is a preferred partner in programs such as the Leopard 2A8, Leopard 2A7, Boxer, and Puma. It plays an active role in the production and integration of protection systems for major defense projects in Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia.

A notable development in this context is the ASPIS (Advanced Shielding Platform Integrated System) agreement, which provides protection solutions for both current and future Leopard family vehicles, as well as for the next generation of main battle tanks. This agreement reflects EODH’s intent to remain engaged in the field of armored protection technologies while contributing to the broader European defense industrial base.
