"UKROBORONPROM engineers and workers accomplished a feat, as the project" Dozor-B "existed only on paper in January 2015. Not everyone was ready for our rapid rate, despite the demands of wartime. But the quality of equipment and testimonials proved to be stronger than any bureaucratic obstacles. UKROBORONPROM team is very happy that the soldiers receive technological "Dozors" to perform their combat missions, as these machines are that very something, our military needed"- said UKROBORONPROM Deputy Director General of Aircraft Industry and Operations Yurii Pashchenko, commenting on the contract signing.

Armored vehicle "Dozor-B" is the result of fruitful work of many enterprises of the State Concern, though "Lviv Armored Plant" has become the center of its batch production.

In January 2015 Lviv Armored Plant specialists represented the first production vehicle of the new armored personnel carrier.

In April, a new prototype of new Dozor-B vehicle was delivered to the military.

On July 1, having used every effort possible, Lviv Armored Plant workers performed the technical tasks set, providing an armored personnel carrier "Dozor-B" prototype for technical and material acceptance by military establishment.

On August 17 the state "Dozor-B" tests started.

On December 4 the State Commission concluded: "Dozor-B" is recommend for adoption of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On December 5, 2015 the first batch of these vehicles – produced at Lviv Armored Plant own expense - was represented in the city center (St. Michael's Square).

"Thus we are witnessing how the domestic industry for half a year has mastered the production of a new type of armored vehicle and is ready to deliver “Dozor-B” in batches to the Armed Forces of Ukraine," - added Yurii Pashchenko.
