Bukkehave to deliver 600 Toyota Land Cruiser trucks to Iraq
The US-based company Bukkehave Inc has been awarded a $25,935,000 foreign military sales contract from Iraq for the delivery of 600 Toyota Land Cruiser 4-door pickup trucks, the US Department of Defense announced on Sept. 14, 2016.

"Work will be performed in United Arab Emirates with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2017. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity," the US DoD said.

Bukkehave is a government and military service provider, delivering support of programs and tasks required in emerging market and post-conflict countries.

Bukkehave already provided project management and delivered ambulances, vehicles, pick-up trucks, heavy equipment, refurbished NATO equipment and spare parts to support the UN program in Sudan. The US military previously awarded Bukkehave a contract to supply 300 Toyota Police vehicles, 63 JCB Forklifts and training to support the Afghanistan/Iraqi Supplemental Acquisition Program (AISAP).
