The Brown Hazelnut LCC (Launch Control Center) is located at the launch site up to 300 km from the "Golden Citron" fire control center and operates as an interface between the Fire Control Center (FCC) and launchers of Arrow missile system, receiving inputs from the FCC and activating the launchers.
