International Armored Group is a quality-conscious armored vehicle manufacturer with over 30 years of experience specializing in the fields of design, engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing of armored commercial and tactical vehicles, such as armored SUVs, trucks, buses, ambulances, CITs, APCs and MRAPs, as well as armored components and ballistic glass and framing systems. IAG provides a full vehicle armoring solution by taking a holistic approach in the design and engineering process, ensuring all potential weaknesses are eliminated. Over the years, IAG has invested multi-million dollars in state-of-the-art machinery for CNC laser cutting and bending to enhance our in-house manufacturing capabilities. The TRUMPF laser cutting and bending machines enable our team of engineers to design, cut and manipulate pieces of ballistic steel and other armoring components specifically for each vehicle model. The Tru Laser 3030 flat sheet laser cutter increases the speed, versatility, and precision of our production process with technology such as rapid changeovers and setup features as well as compatibility with advanced automation. The Tru Bend 5230 bending machine enables our technicians to handle long, thick metal sheets and achieve long bends even with tight angles. The top-of-the-line 5-axis machines fabricate other vital components forming part of the armored vehicles. IAG is the only armoring company to possess this capability in-house.

IAG is the first armored vehicle manufacturer in the world to also produce fully certified ballistic glass in-house under our wholly owned subsidiary, Transparent Armor Systems (TAS). The ability to produce certified transparent armor in-house allows IAG to reduce the typical 6-8 week glass lead times, as well as, ensure a perfect fit of the ballistic glass with the rest of the opaque armor design. These advantages are lost when using ballistic glass from third-party manufacturers.

Armoring Design, Advanced Technology & VR7 Certification:

All vehicle design is done in-house by IAG’s engineering department. Due to the confidentiality and proprietary nature of all IAG designs, none of them are outsourced to external firms. Advanced computer software is used to develop new armoring designs.

IAG’s Armored Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Convoy® is the first certified Toyota Land Cruiser 300 in the world to have successfully passed the VPAM BRV VR7 destructive process testing conducted by TNO Defence, Netherlands.

Certification:

IAG holds various ballistic and blast certifications under NATO STANAG 4569 and VPAM BRV. Our processes and facilities are also certified under ISO 10002, 14001, 27001, 31000, 45001, and 9001.

Guardian 4x4 Armored Personnel Carrier Certified

IAG Guardian is an armored personnel carrier that provides a high level of ballistic and blast resistance, superior handling, and off-road capability, and commercial part compatibility, resulting in low maintenance costs. The Guardian features full vehicle armoring with certified ballistic material, including front, sides, rear, roof, and floor, designed to resist incoming ballistic threats from any angle.

Guardian Xtreme 4x4

The Guardian Xtreme is a new member of the Guardian 4x4 APC armored personnel carrier family produced by the Company IAG (International Armored Group). This is an MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) Vehicle which is available in 4x4 and 6x6 configurations. RILA Xtreme 4x4 MRAP Certified

The Rila Xtreme MRAP is the latest development in IAG’s portfolio of tactical armored vehicles to be fully certified to NATO STANAG 4569 AEP 55 Vol1 – Level 3 ballistic protection and NATO STANAG 4569 AEP 55 Vol2 – Level 4a and 4b blast protection. The Rila Xtreme MRAP provides ballistic protection against 7.62×51 WC AP8 and 7x62x54 B32R API rounds. It also offers blast protection against 10kg of TNT detonated under the front driver wheel, 10 kg of TNT detonated under the rear driver side wheel, 10kg of TNT detonated under the vehicle body (co-driver) and 10kg of TNT detonated under the rear body of the vehicle.

Jaws APC

The Jaws Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) produced by International Armored Group (IAG) serves as a potential high mobility armoured platform for military, homeland security and law enforcement customers. The APC is primarily deployed in non-combat missions such as border patrol and surveillance, and is offered to government, military and law enforcement agencies.

Sentinel TRV

The IAG Sentinel TRV is an armored vehicle designed for tactical response teams. Standard vehicle armoring is available up to the CEN B6/NIJ Level III specifications, with add-on armoring available for .50 cal (12.7mm) and B7/NIJ Level IV that is rated to withstand multiple impacts from armor piercing 7.62x51mm rifle ammunition.

Sentry 4x4 APC

The Sentry APC is the latest addition to IAG’s growing fleet of armored tactical vehicles. The Sentry is a lightweight armored personnel carrier specifically designed for border patrol and reconnaissance missions. Its high mobility, great maneuverability, and survivability make it ideal for both highly dense urban settings and rural theatres.

Armored Water Cannon riot control truck

The IAG Armored Water Cannon anti-riot vehicle is an excellent solution for riot control, firefighting, and preserving peace and order. It is available in both 4x4 and 6x6 configurations and can hold up to a 14,000 Lt corrosion-free water tank, with high-pressure water jet systems offering a 65m throw range.
