Reina Ysabel has a length of 149,38 m, a draft of 5.85 m, and a beam of 21 m. She can reach a top speed of 18 knots, a cruising range of 7200 miles and she can carry a crew of 18 sailors and 110 trailers.

She is powered by two Wärtsila 9L32 engines with a power of 11,258 horsepower, has a displacement of 16,361 tons, and is based at the Carthagena Arsenal.

Roll-on/roll-off (RORO or ro-ro) ships are cargo ships designed to carry wheeled cargo, such as cars, trucks, semi-trailer trucks, buses, trailers, and railroad cars, that are driven on and off the ship on their own wheels or using a platform vehicle, such as a self-propelled modular transporter.

In March and April 2022, Spain already delivered VAMTAC 4x4 armored vehicles, Instalaza C-90 anti-tank grenade launchers, and unspecified ammunition.

The URO VAMTAC is a multi-role light tactical vehicle that can be used for a wide range of missions for military and security forces. Granted, the URO VAMTAC can be configured as an anti-tank guided missiles carrier, with radars and very short-range air defense equipment, and as a command and control vehicle.

The vehicle has a length of 4.845 m, a width of 2.175 m, and a height of 1.9 m. The curb weight of the vehicle ranges from 3,000 kilograms to 3,500 kilograms and has a payload capacity ranging from 1,500 kg to 2,000 kg.
