of Chinese leading design and production centres
for wheeled armoured 4x4 and 6x6 tactical
vehicles. Shaanxi Baoji Special Vehicls military
armoured vehicles are currently in service
into many defense forces in Africa and Asia
, as Tanzania, Gabonese, Chad, Benin, Niger,
Bangladesh, The Republic of Congo, etc. Shaanxi
Baoji Special Vehicles
Manufacturing Co., Ltd was founded in 1983,
which located in Baoji National High-new-Tech
Development Zone, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province,
P. R. China. It registered 50 million Yuan
with over 200 million Yuan in fixed assets,
covering an area of 280 000 square meters
and building area of 60 000 square meters.
There are 182 sets of large equipment with
annual output of 300 light type wheeled armored
vehicles. After the technical improvement,
it will be up to 500-600 output capacity.
At present, Shaanxi Baoji Special Vehicles
wheeled armoured has equipped to the first
Chinese peacekeeping police forces which are
executing the UN’s peacekeeping mission
in Haiti. In 2006, the ZFB05 ambulance version
has equipped to the sapper battalion of Chinese
People’s liberation Army in Lebanon,
and gained high praise. Our vehicles have
also been included in the list of United Nations
Procurement. In 2006 and 2007 Shaanxi Baoji
Special Vehicles Manufacturing has successfully
accomplished the mission issued military assistance
to Africa, and gained the high praises from
the related countries and the embassies.

A

present its new vehicle ZFB08 |

Shaanxi Baoji Special Vehicles Company chose Defendory
2008 for the European debut of a new, larger 6x6
version of its ZFB05 4x4 light armoured personnel
carrier (APC). Designated the ZFB08, the new prototype
came to fruition at the beginning of 2008 and has
been developed primarily for export, with company
officials citing Africa as the main potential market.
