Each situation includes extraordinary aspects (altitude, temperature, space…) and requires an adaptation and configuration of means tested in other cases. Refuellers for aircraft or helicopter refuelling

Musthane proposes heavy duty and high performance light weight mobile refueling pumps & filters for Aircrafts (jet fuel filtration JP 8, Jet A1), vehicles (diesel or gasoline pumping and filtration) boats or UAVs.

These refueling pumps & filters, generally designed with positive displacement pumps, are in service with many armies. Our refueling pumps and filters enable fast and safe fuelling of light planes, helicopters and vehicles.
They can be connected to our flexible tanks or any other means of fuel storage.

Musthane designs and manufactures refuellers for helicopters and aircrafts. Musthane's aircraft refuellers are designed in order to meet the customer specifications in terms of aircraft refuelling.

• Purpose of the equipment:
o The AFTF800 is an Aviation Fuel Transfer and Filtration capable of delivering a filtered fuel to aircrafts at a rate of 50m3/h (800 lpm).
• Main feature of the system:
o The system is delivered on an all road trailer:
- Dimensions: 4,8m x 2,92m x 2,1m
- Weight : 2500 kg
o Air cooled diesel engine (4 stroke, 2 cylinders with a total of 997 cm3)
o Positive displacementpump and prefilter
o Aviation filter API 1581 latestedition
o 2 underwing CCR nozzle and one overwing nozzle
o Integrated distribution line with 4 outputs of 3” (DN80)

Forward area refueling equipment (FARE 400)

Musthane offers a versatile solution for refueling in forward areas. This solution enables to have a mobile forward area refueling unit with a total capacity of 2000 USG thanks to 4 (four) fuel bladders of 500 USG. Our Air Portable Fuel Containers (APFC) can be also towed behind a vehicle or dropped from a height of 4 meters.

The APFCs can be connected together and refuel aircrafts at a nominal rate of 400 lpm.

Main features of the FARE:
• Maximum filtered flow rate: 100 US GPM (approx. 400 lpm)
• Total weight of the FARE: approx. 1700 Kg (with 4 units of 500 USG drums)
• Overall dimensions: approx. 4400mm x 2150mm x 1300mm
• Filtration : API EI 1583 or 1581 latestedition (on request)
• Total aviation fuel storagecapacity : 1000 USG (approx.. 3800 liters)
• Modularity: this system can be combined with other modules (larger bladders, other type of fuel transfer pump (200 lpm to 1600 lpm, trailers…)

     
Flexible Tanks for Storage of Hydrocarbons
Muststore® HC fuel bladders have a pillow shape. They are foldable and light. They can be easily carried and set up.

Muststore® HC fuel tanks are specially designed for the storage of hydrocarbons, oil for transformers, chemical products… They are used in various fields, such as agribusiness, public works, humanitary, military and industrial areas.

Muststore® HC fuel bladders offer an entire protection of the stored liquid. Thanks to the design of the tanks, stored liquids can not be in contact with air as the tank’s inner side always takes the exact shape of the stored liquid. Moreover, there is no risk of evaporation and explosion due to gaz formation.

In order to prevent the stored liquid from any contamination, a neutral barrier film will be added to the flexible tank’s inner side.

Technical Characteristics
Muststore® HC fuel flexible tanks are made of elastomer coated fabrics manufactured by homogenous vulcanization in one operation. The fabrics ensure the mechanical resistance. Coating and design engineering grant chemical properties and water tightness.

Our fuel bladders are available from 10 liters capacity up to 800.000 liter capacity. However, Musthane recommends to its customers not to exceed 200.000 liter capacity given the risks may result in case of an accident.

Fuel tanks must be installed inside a containment system (berm liner, bund liner…) in order to prevent any risk of environment pollution. Musthane has a large range of containment systems for a fuel bladder.

Musthane, as a true fuel handling professional, has a full range of tailor made fuel pumping and filtration equipment. Musthane designs your fuel farm (based on fuel bladders or metallic fuel tanks) and assemble the appropriate containerised fuel stations of fuel pumps and filtration units.
 
Helitransportable and Towable Flexible Tanks

Muststore® HT towable and helitransportable flexible tanks have a circular shape. They are foldable and light. They can be easily carried and set up. These fuel or water bladders are also named APFC (air portable fuel container) or fuel drum.

Muststore® HT flexible drums are specially designed for the transport and storage of fuel or water. Muststore® HT flexible tanks are efficient for both air and ground transportation:
- Transport by helicopter: slingable and droppable.
- Transport by truck: rollable or on the truck platform.
- Transport by boat : towable.
Advantages:
» Compact (foldable at 15% of the total volume).
» High resistance to extreme conditions and outside storage.
» Droppable when full from helicopter or truck.
» Carriable, towable, slingable and rollable.

Muststore® HT towable and helitransportable flexible tanks have a circular shape. They are foldable and light. They can be easily carried and set up. These fuel or water bladders are also named APFC (air portable fuel container) or fuel drum.
 
Technical Characteristics

Muststore® HT flexible tanks are made of nylon coated fabrics manufactured with synthetic nitrile rubber. The fabric ensures the mechanical resistance with an average thickness of 5mm to 16 mm. Coating and design engineering grant chemical properties and watertightness.

The external side of the Muststore® HT flexible tanks is specifically designed to resist to abrasion, UV-rays and hydrocarbons.

On the inner side of the Muststore® HT flexible tanks, the linings are Non-contaminating to the contents, even after an extended storage period. A specific barrier film is used for each application (fuel, oil or water).

Are made of nylon coated fabrics manufactured with synthetic nitrile rubber. The fabrics ensure the mechanical resistance. Coating and design engineering grant chemical properties and watertightness.
