The 3 successes of the CT-CV Weapon System
The latest-born turret of the Cockerill family was mounted on a Steyr Pandur II 8x8 and demonstrated its performance during firings carried out at the end of October in Austria and in December in Portugal.
With its installation on the Mowag, Patria and now Steyr 8x8 vehicles, the new CMI Defence turret has clearly demonstrated the compatibility of its leading-edge technology with that of the Light Armoured Vehicles from the three major vehicle manufacturers.

Firing tests for the CT-CV ® weapons system mounted on the Steyr Pandur II 8x8.
The pace of the commercial launch of the CT-CV turret is accelerating. The latest addition from CMI Defense was mounted on a Steyr armoured vehicle and demonstrated its performance during firings carried out at the end of October in Austria.
With results far exceeding the criteria generally required, the CT-CV weapons system proved its great effectiveness, particularly in difficult situations such as firing while moving at static and mobile targets. One can also underline the excellent behavior of the automatic ammunition loading that optimizes the rate of fire.

CSE90 Weapon System (90 mm)

The CSE90 weapon system with the Mk3M-A1 is a development of the COCKERILL Mk1, Mk2, and Mk3 90mm low-pressure gun family. More than 2,300 guns of this family are in operation all around the world on various vehicles including ALVIS Scorpion, TEXTRON / CADILLAC GAGE V-150 and V-300, AV-TECHNOLOGY Dragoon, ENGESA Cascavel and Urutu, etc.

LCTS90 Weapon System (90 mm)

The LCTS90 Weapon System turret Cockerill is a medium pressure 48.5 cal 90mm gun designed for vehicles in the 10t to 20t class. Firing high efficiency ammunition, it offers performances very close to the 105mm guns fitted on heavier vehicles.

CT-CV ® Weapon System (105 mm)

To meet the present and future requirements of modern armed forces for powerful weapons, CMI Defence recently introduced the CT-CV® Weapon System (gun and turret). The system is compatible with all current NATO 105 mm ammunition, but the barrel has been designed to fire ammunition with higher pressure as well as smart ammunition - and even guided missiles.

India on Friday, February 10, 2012, tested a ballistic missile interceptor from a defence base in Odisha to create a shield against incoming enemy missiles, a senior defence official said.
