Russian Ministry of Defense to continue test of Belarus 3T tracked all-terrain vehicle.
The Russian defense ministry continues testing the multipurpose track undercarriage 3T designed by Belarussian Minotor-Service Company, its Director General Valery Grebenshchikov told TASS at the military-technical Army-2016 forum.

"The tests are proceeding successfully. They can last another year or 18 months," he said. The multipurpose track undercarriage of the 3T family is to replace outdated light armored MT-LB and MT-LBu tow-cars.
 
The mass of the transport track vehicle 3T is 4000 kilograms, maximum payload is 900 kilograms, maximum road speed is over 80 kilometers per hour and the range exceeds 400 kilometers. The vehicle can cross water obstacles at a speed of 5 kilometers per hour.
 

The 3T Minotor is open-top tracked armoured vehicle designed to offer high-maneuverability and high-speed capabilities in all-terrain conditions.

The vehicle is motorized with a diesel engine and hydrostatic steering which provide high speed, superb maneuverability, as well as easy and simple control.

The vehicle accommodates the driver and 5 fully equipped crew members. The position of the crew inside the vehicle provides full circular surveillance capability. The 3T is also fully amphibious propelled in the water by its tracks.
