Turkish Defense Company Otokar, a recognized NATO and UN supplier, has fortified its stance in the defense sector globally. General Manager Serdar Görgüç highlighted the company's significant footprint, with over 33,000 Otokar military vehicles operational across more than 40 countries spanning five continents. "Our commitment to providing comprehensive land system solutions and services is unwavering. The GCC, and notably the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, remains a pivotal market for us," Görgüç stated, emphasizing the strategic importance of the Gulf region.

Since the establishment of its subsidiary, Otokar Land Systems, in 2016, Otokar has enhanced its presence within the GCC, bringing it closer to its clientele. This proximity allows for prompt and efficient customer service and support, a cornerstone of Otokar's strategy. The company's emphasis on technology transfer, local production, and its robust engineering capabilities have propelled it to a leading position within the international defense industry.

The Tulpar tank distinguishes itself through exceptional mobility, superior firepower, and advanced survivability. Designed to meet both current and future military needs, Tulpar variants cover a weight range from 28,000kg to 45,000kg and boast modular armor for high ballistic and mine protection. Its versatility enables operation across diverse combat environments, from urban areas to challenging terrains, where traditional main battle tanks face limitations.

The HITFACT® MkII turret represents a breakthrough in the HITFACT® family, renowned for being the first large caliber turret adapted for an 8×8 wheeled vehicle, with over 500 units already in service worldwide. This modular, lightweight turret supports various armaments, including 105/52 mm rifled and 120/45 mm smoothbore guns, with secondary armament options such as a 7.62mm coaxially mounted gun and a 12.7mm pintle-mounted gun, available in manual or remote operation modes.

This unveiling at the World Defense Show not only underscores Otokar's technological prowess but also sets the stage for enhanced cooperation and partnership within the global defense community, particularly within the Gulf region.
