UMEX 2020: EDGE showcased its Remote Control Container System.

At UMEX 2020, taking place in ADNEC exhibition center in Abu Dhabi from the 23 to 25 February, EDGE showcased a wide variety of products including its Remote Control Container System.

Ideal for protecting military and civilian critical assets and infrastructure, the Remote Control Container System is designed for harsh environments and is optimised for detecting,tracking and defeating threats in real time.

Whether manned or unmanned, EDGE's RCCS enables the collection and delivery of actionable intelligence,audio and video streams, and geographical data directly to those who need it, whether it is command and control,tactical units or personnel on the field. This flexible system features rapid deployment,multi-purpose operations, net-centric critical asset protection, and real-time information and response.

Standard payload of the RCCS is a 12.7mm Remote Weapon System, camera & targeting system, LRAD 450 dB speaker and a dazzling laser. The RCCS can also be fitted with a 30mm+ RWS, directed energy weapon, electronic warfare systems,anti-uas system, a remote drone launchpad system, ISTAR systems and rocket launchers.
