Special tactical peacekeeping drills Steppe Eagle 2010 start this 16 August 2010 at Ili training polygon in Almaty region. The militaries of three countries take part in it; Kazakhstan, USA and Great Britain. The representatives of the Armed Forces of these states took part in the opening ceremony, the press-office of the Ministry of Defense informs. The goal of the drills is to address issues of common security, coordinate and correct interaction while peacekeeping activities and other tactical tasks. The drills are to last for ten days.
