Almost three months after the US Army released a request for proposal (RFP) for the technology development phase of the Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV), developed within the Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV) programme, three competing teams, uniting key defence industry players of the US and Europe, step up to the plate.
