The
violence in Syria continues unabated as rebels claim to have taken control
of an oil plant in Idlib province on a day that saw battles rage on several
fronts across Syria. This is a strategic victory for the rebels that will
disturb the delivery of fuel in the country. |

Syrian army fighters also took an air defense base in the village of Al-Tana,
on the road between Aleppo and Al-Rakka. Anti-Assad fighters also laid
siege to a Syrian army barracks close to the city of Aleppo. |
