CILAS is presenting its laser target DHY-307 at Defense and Security 2015 and the SAFECOPTER. The Ground Laser Target Designator DHY-307 has been combat proven for guiding any type of NATO and NON-NATO laser-guided ammunitions such as bombs, missiles, rockets or artillery shells.

The DHY 307 LW is now proposed as a light weight new generation, also available with a built-in spot tracker. Both systems, designed to be used by Special Forces in harsh environments are used by French and foreign armies worldwide.

For new generation of land and aerial vehicle’s payloads, CILAS also proposes laser designation modules to be embedded: AlaDeM-R and MiniDeM-R.

CILAS proposes also the SAFECOPTER "Helicopter visual landing aid system" which is used by more than 150 ships in more than 20 navies to ensure safety for helicopters, pilots, vessels & crew.

SAFECOPTER is designed to help in all landing phases, from ship localization to final landing routines. It is operational in all weather conditions. It is designed to be used in both day and night operations, with or without night vision goggles (NVG).

It includes a full digital Glide Scope Indicator (GSI), LED Horizon Reference Systems (HRS), LED flood lights, LED flight deck lighting and multipurpose projectors. The overall system is fully dimmable and offers a covert mode (IR mode only).

This system fits to every ship and Navy thanks to its flexible architecture. It has become a standard on many frigates, OPV’s, or helicopter carriers around the world.
