Designed to eliminate light armored, stationary/moving opportunity targets with high precision, low collateral damage and affordable cost, CIRIT is becoming a weapon of choice not only for the rotary wing platforms (integrated on T-129 ATAK Turkish attack helicopter and AH-1W Cobra helicopter) but also for fixed wing platforms (integrated on AT-802 and other light attack aircrafts) and UAV’s (Falco). CIRIT deliveries to Turkish Armed Forces and Allied Armed Forces are ongoing successfully.

Recently, Roketsan has signed cooperation agreements with Airbus Helicopters to integrate CIRIT on the H Force Helicopters H135M & H145M and with Airbus Defence & Space for Armed C295 Aircraft. Long range up to 10 km, restriction-free components, Type V Insensitive Munition for both warhead and rocket motor, Smart Launcher for enhanced target acquisition, easy/fast integration and minimum logistics, are the main highlights of CIRIT weapon system.
