Russia to produce the first real amphibious assault rifle 5.45 mm caliber called ADS

The ADS is the first assault rifle in the world to fire equally well both in and out of the water. Notably, it is as good as the latest models of Kalashnikov-type assault rifles, while being smaller in size. In 2007, a Tula-based arms producer managed to produce an amphibious assault rifle, the result of nearly 6 decades of research and development.
