Work will be performed in West Point, Mississippi; Ooltewah, Tennessee; Marion, Wisconsin; Springfield, Ohio; and Mercer, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2019, the US DoD announced yesterday August 31.
