T-14 Armata MBT, T-15 BMP IFV and 2S35 self-propelled howitzer to be demonstrated at RAE 2015
The latest generation of Russian-made MBT Armata T-14, armoured infantry fighting vehicle T-15 and 2S35 self-propelled howitzer will be demonstrated at the 10th Anniversary International exhibition of arms, military equipment and weapon Russia Arms Expo 2015 which will be held from the 9 to 12 September 2015.

The Board of Russian Ministry of Defense regarding maintenance of State Defense Order approved the decision of the exhibition general organizers to provide with exhibits of «Uralvagonzavod» at the net and guarded area.

Russian 152-mm self-propelled howitzer 2S35 «Koalitsiya-SV» is developed in Nizhny Novgorod by «Central research institution «Burevestnik». The 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV is a new generation of Russian-made self-propelled tracked howitzer based on the 2S19 chassis fitted with a new turret.

The 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV tracked self-propelled howitzer could be equipped with the new 2A88 cannon 152mm which is under development.

According to Russian military engineers, the new 2S35 can used high-explosive long-range precision-guided munitions with a maximum range of 70 km and high level of accuracy.

The T-15 BMP Armata is the latest generation of AIFV (Armoured Infantry Fighting Vehicle) developed and manufactured by the Russian Defense Industry. The T-15 BMP Armata was unveiled for the first time to the public during the rehearsal for the Victory Day military parade in April 2015.

An unmanned turret is located at the rear of the vehicle designed and manufactured by the Defense Company KBP, and according to Russian experts is armed with 30mm 2A42 automatic cannon.

Second armament of the vehicle includes a PKTM 7,62mm machine gun and two anti-tank guided missile Kornet-D launchers mounted on each side of the turret. The Kornet-D use technical vision with an automatic target tracker to make it a "fire and forget" missile, giving it a 5-times increase in accuracy of target tracking at any range.

The T-14 Armata is the latest generation of Russian-made MBT (Main Battle Tank) developed and designed by the Russian Defense Company Uralvagonzavod.

The T-14 Armata is equipped with an unmanned turret and all the crew is located at the front of the hull. The new unmanned remote turret of Arama T-14 is equipped with new generation of 125mm 2A82-1M smoothbore gun with an automatic loader and 32 rounds ready to use.

The basic protection of the T-14 Armata is based on a new steel armour to provide protection STANAG 4569 Level 5 (25 mm APDS-T (M791) or TLB 073 at 500 m with 1258 m/s and artillery 155 mm High Explosive at 25 m). The Armata is protected with additional active and passive armour.

The T-14 Armata is equipped with the Active Protection System (APS) Afghanit which seems similar to the Israeli Trophy able to intercept and destroy incoming missiles and rockets.The system is designed to work against all types of anti-tank missiles and rockets, including handheld weapons such as rocket propelled grenades.
