Egyptian air defense force demonstrates their equipments to Russian soldiers
The Egyptian armed forces air defense combat equipment was demonstrated to Russian anti-aircraft gunners at a static display during the joint Russian-Egyptian exercise “Arrow of Friendship -2019” in Egypt.

The show features dozens of pieces of military equipment, including: Russian-made Buk-M2E, Tor-M2E, S-125 "Pechora" anti-aircraft missile systems (air defense systems) on tracked chassis, "Kub" air defense systems on a wheelbase, "Igla-S" portable air defense systems, "Shilka-M4" self-propelled air defense systems, as well as military off-road vehicles for anti-aircraft gunners "Igla-S".
All equipment has a camouflage of sand color for use in desert and semi-desert conditions. In addition, the Egyptian air defense Command showed a methodical film about training and equipping the army. Introductory classes were held on the territory of the tactical training center of the air defense forces of the Arab Republic of Egypt near Cairo.
More than 100 anti-aircraft gunners of the Southern Military District from units deployed in the Volgograd Region, Krasnodar, North Ossetia and Crimea take part in the joint exercise from the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
Arrow of Friendship 2019 joint Russian-Egyptian military exercise, which will be held from October 26 to November 7 on the territory of the training tactical center of the air defense forces of the Arab Republic of Egypt and is aimed at strengthening and developing military cooperation between the two countries.
