According to a news released on November 8, 2019, on the official website of the "Times of India", the Indian Ministry of Defense has signed a contract with the Heavy Vehicles Factory at Avadi, in Chennai, to produce 469 Russian T-90 Main Battle Tanks (MBTs), that could be the MS version of the T-90 family.

With 50 total points, Coordinated Robotics finished in first place in the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Subterranean (SubT) Challenge Virtual Tunnel Circuit event, and as the top self-funded team, earned $250,000. Eight teams developed, tested and submitted their software-based solutions for simulation-based evaluation on the SubT Virtual Testbed.

Russia will deliver a Pantsir-S gun-missile air defense system to Serbia even though the U.S. has warned of possible sanctions against the Balkan country in case of such purchases. The Pantsir-S system will be delivered to Serbia "in the next few months in accordance with the signed contract." But Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic told RTS national television on Nov. 6 that the country will not buy the S-400 air defense missile system.

The final 2019 check took place in the Russian Airborne Troops in the past month, the Russian Defense Ministry said. "The final check engaged more than 40,000 servicemen from all the formations, military units and airborne units deployed in the Western, Central, Southern and Eastern Military Districts. The final check events took place in two stages in accordance with a plan of training troops," it said.

The latest Tor-M2 air defense systems were supplied to the antiaircraft missile regiment of the army corps of the Baltic Fleet, the Defense Ministry said. "Tor-M2s were delivered to the unit after successful live-fire drills at a range in Astrakhan region," it said.
