On the eve of the G20 summit, which will be held in Buenos Aires, the Chinese government provided Argentina with free military aid. For the needs of special units of the Ministry of Security and the Federal Police of Argentina, 4 armored Dongfeng Warrior CSK-131, 30 motorcycles, a mobile complex for searching and neutralizing the latest generation of explosive objects and explosion-proof suits for sappers were transferred. The cost of aid transferred is $ 17 million. All machinery and equipment will be used to ensure the security of the G20 summit.

The Dongfeng CSK131 is a light protected vehicle. It was developed by the Dongfeng company as a private venture. It is an armored version of Donfeng EQ2050 tactical vehicle, which is widely used by the Chinese armed forces. At the time of its introduction this vehicle was also called the Mengshi (Chinese for brave soldier). The CSK131 is used by China's armed forces. It is also being proposed for export customers.
The Dongfeng CSK131 has got an armored hull and provides protection for the passengers against small arms fire and artillery shell splinters. This vehicle is sometimes seen with armored windscreen shutters. All-round protection is against 7.62x39 mm ball rounds from a 100 m range. Front arc withstands hits from 7.62x39 mm armor-piercing rounds. The Dongfeng CSK131 can be seen as China's equivalent of an armored Humvee.
The CSK131 accommodates driver and 5 passengers. It has a payload capacity of 2,000 kg and can carry various cargo and supplies instead of troops. It can also tow light trailers and artillery pieces. It can be fitted with shielded machine gun position or remotely-controlled weapon station.
The vehicle is powered by an ISDe 200-41 turbocharged diesel engine, developing 200 hp. It is a license-produced Cummins engine. Vehicle has a full-time all-wheel drive and is fitted with a central tyre inflation system. It improved mobility over difficult terrains, such as sand, mud and snow. The vehicle is equipped with a self-recovery winch.
