Armor International of Colombia has unveiled its new armoured vehicle personnel carrier Hunter TR-12 during the latest edition of the Worldwide Exhibition of Internal State Security Milipol 2011 in Paris, France.

The Hunter TR-12 can be equipped with single ring mount armed with a 7.62 mm or 12.7 mm machine gun. A remote controlled weapons system can be also fitted in option. At Miliopol 2011, the vehicle was equipped with small open roof turret with armour plates on 360°.

The crew compartment is composed by a mono-hull mounted on an independent chassis. The Hunter TR-12 offers superior protection against guns and rifles, making it ideal for high-risk areas prone to clashes and ambushes.

The Hunter TR-12 is motorized with a 6,700 cc V8 Turbo Diesel engine coupled to an automatic transmission with 6 speeds and 1 reverse.
