The MPB-ZN off-route anti-vehicle combat landmines:
MPB-ZN (influence fuze) and MPB-ZK (contact fuze) are designed for eliminating armoured fifighting vehicles and means of military transport from battlefi eld by striking side parts of them. The mines are also effective in eliminating vehicles with reactive armour. They may be scattered in urban areas, mountain passes, forests and every time in conditions which make the use of other antitank mine impossible or useless.

MPB-ZN/Sz and MPB-ZK/Sz training mines are designed to conduct exercises and simulations of use MPB-ZN and MPB-ZK combat mines for army’s combat engineer units. Both of them are adapted to multiple manual setting at the scene of military exercises.

Operation
Influence fuze gives MPB-ZN mine ability of remote detection of approaching targets by means of acoustic sensors and subsequently causes warhead to detonate when target crosses optic axis of coaxially installed thermal sensor. Contact fuze (for MPB-ZK) causes detonation of the mine when crawler’s caterpillar tracks or wheels of a vehicle run onto electro-mechanical, stress sensors (10 pcs). The mine is automatically self destructed after elapse of set time, on condition that no target has appeared before. The mine has two security stages connected in series, which ensure the safety of operation both during transport and storage and in the mine scattering process.

MPB-ZN/Sz and MPB-ZK/Sz training mines have no explosive material inside the warhead. The mine’s current state and transition between states indicated is by six described light spots. The final state„detonation” activates smoke cube connected to appropriate slot and results with taking photo of passing target.

MN-111 Anti-Tank land aircraft-laid mine
MN-111 mines are designed for remote-controlled barrier minefififi eld scattering in helicopter system. After leaving the carrier pod, trajectory is controlled by stabilizing and braking system. After drop, the mine is set in the ground. Mines can be dropped onto any ground except for tough and deeply frozen ground. The mines are effective in eliminating fighting vehicles and means of transport from battlefields.

Operation
The mine is equipped with shaped charge and non-contact electronic self-destroying fuse. The mine is actuated within the contours of the entire moving fififi ghting vehicle or according to the set self-destruction time. The mine has three security stages connected in series, which ensure the safety of operation both during transport and storage and in the mine scattering process.
