| He reminded that Riyadh and Moscow have been in talks on military-technical cooperation for a very longtime. "Now is a very good time for launching military-technical cooperation," Al-Badi believes. "It is feasible on condition of the licence production of military hardware." The expert said Saudi Arabia needed Russia’s cooperation in high-tech industries, such as aircraft, spacecraft and nuclear power generation, but in the form of licence production as well. | |||
