Founded in 1985, Plasan is a global leader in offering safer vehicle environments and survivability solutions for defense and security forces. Our solutions offer high-end protection and mission readiness for defense and security vehicles while reducing operational costs. With extensive battlefield experience and expertise in automotive systems, and materials, we deliver solutions to support even the most complex vehicle and team missions. Plasan offers a variety of vehicle protection solutions, including advanced kitted armor hulls, the Guarder and SandCat armored tactical vehicles, and a wide range of survivability and personal protection solutions.

Plasan's commitment to innovate, deliver, and protect, is ensuring that we take no chances with the health of our community during this pandemic.

The actions that we are taking include putting vehicles that have returned from foreign customer trials through a full decontamination process before allowing them to be approached by our employees.

Together with increased shifts to reduce on-site presence and other actions to ensure distancing, Plasan is continuing to meet all of our commitments while protecting our community from the Coronavirus in accordance with Health Ministry directives.

We have initiated a coordination initiative with the global supply chain including our local subcontractors.

Plasan's historically high safety stock levels on critical raw materials and our dual sourcing policy help us to continue production and find fast alternatives where possible.

Above all though, the health and safety of our employees and the wider community are of the utmost importance.

We wish all of us health and a return to “business as usual” as soon as possible.
