Reconnaissance units and crews of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Central Military District’s 41st Combined-Arms Army have supported crews of Uragan multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) in attacking a simulated enemy’s rear targets and a convoy of ammunition trucks during an exercise, the Defense Ministry’s press office said. The maneuvers took place at the Yurga training range in the Kemerovo Region in western Siberia.

Russia has completed the deliveries of the Pantsir-S1 (NATO reporting name: SA-22 Greyhound) self-propelled anti-aircraft gun-missile (SPAAGM) systems to Serbia, according to Serbian President Alexandar Vucic: "Serbia’s defense capabilities have dramatically increased. The Russian armed forces tested a new automatic control system that has to smokescreen airfields, headquarters and accumulations of troops. It comprises electronic warfare and specialized vehicles to create the screens. The system identifies how adversary reconnaissance monitors friendly troops - by aircraft, drones or satellites. It then orders to set up a specific camouflage. Experts believe the smokescreens are necessary in modern combat, the Izvestia daily writes.

The Malaysian army is about to receive the first six of 18 105 mm LG1 Mk.III light towed guns ordered on 18 April 2018 from French company Nexter. The number of guns bought is enough to equip one artillery regiment (the 1st Royal Artillery Regiment) with another two more guns meant for the artillery school in Port Dickson for training and testing.

Lockheed Martin successfully tested its next-generation long-range missile designed for the Army's Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program at White Sands Missile Range, NM. All objectives were achieved in a flawless second performance following the missile's inaugural flight last December. "Today's flight test further demonstrated the reliability, precision and critical capabilities Lockheed Martin is building into the PrSM," said Gaylia Campbell, vice president of Precision Fires and Combat Maneuver Systems at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control on 10 March. "The missile performed exactly as expected and successfully engaged the target with pinpoint accuracy."
