Ukraine and Czech Republic to strengthen industrial military cooperation in the defence sector.
Ukraine and Czech Republic are strengthening military-technical cooperation in defence sector. Corresponding agreements were reached on March 26, during Ukrainian-Czech Defence Cooperation Forum, which took place at State Holding UKROBORONPROM.
     
Ukraine and Czech Republic are strengthening military-technical cooperation in defence sector. Corresponding agreements were reached on March 26, during Ukrainian-Czech Defence Cooperation Forum, which took place at State Holding UKROBORONPROM. The Czech Republic supported Ukraine's transformation efforts and Euro-Atlantic aspirations by providing both know-how and finances for specific development and transformation projects.
     
Delegations of two countries discussed possibilities of military-technical cooperation strengthening in key sectors of domestic defence industry. Ukrainian side was represented by UKROBORONPROM specialists and Ministry of Defense delegates.

According to UKROBORONPROM First Deputy Director General Sergii Pinkas, Czech Republic is a good example of transition from Soviet to NATO standards in arms production.

“Today, we unite our efforts to protect integrity and independence of our native country and we are making real steps towards Europe”, - stressed Sergii Pinkas.

UKROBORONPROM First Deputy Director General also thanked Czech delegation for their strong position in supporting Ukraine, having mentioned that the main task of UKROBORONPROM is to equip Ukrainian soldiers with modern weapons and integrate production up to international standards.
