CANBERRA-based (Australia) Electro Optic Systems (EOS) has been awarded a $3.6 million (€2,4 million) contract to provide new remote weapon systems to the armed forces of a NATO country. The unnamed country has previously acquired EOS weapon systems. EOS will manufacture the remote weapon systems in its Australian facilities, and deliver them within 2015.
