The new weapons are technically equivalent to the current MAG 7.62 mm and M2 12.7 mm. However, a number of elements has been improved. For example, the MAG has a new butt and both the MAG as the M2 are provided with a rail . This makes the placing of viewers easier. For this, the MAG is provided with a so-called NATO - standard rail. The M2 has a special bracket with the same standard rail.

Along with the weapons are also bought new day/night vision systems. The MAG receives a special pedestal with a reflex sight and a telescopic sight to increase accuracy. In addition, the placement of the night vision system is enhanced for a more comfortable shooting position .
