Ukraine: Russia brings over 600 tonnes of ammunition to separatists


Russia transported by rail to Ordlo more than 600 tonnes of ammunition, including for multiple launch rocket systems, artillery systems and mortars, as well as dozens of tanks with fuel and lubricants, MENAFN-Ukrinform reports.

Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Maksym Prauta said on Wednesday, July 10, with reference to intelligence data from the Ministry: "In June-July 2019, more than 600 tonnes of ammunition, including for multiple-launch rocket systems, artillery systems and mortars, and dozens of tanks with fuel and lubricants were transported by rail from the territory of Russia to unit 1 (Donetsk) and unit 2 (Luhansk) of the army corps of the Russian Armed Forces," Prauta said. In addition, military cargo was transported by road from the Russian territory to the occupied Donbas.
