The U.S. State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to TECRO for the Stinger missiles and related equipment and support for an estimated cost of $223.56 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale.

The latest Russian S-500 air and missile defense will be supplied to the troops earlier than scheduled, Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov said. The Army Standard writes about the new Russian weapon. The Chinese Optics Company acquired a batch of night vision monoculars PN21K from a major Russian designer of sights and monitoring devices, the Novosibirsk instrument-manufacturing plant (NPZ) of Shvabe.
