34th Armored Cavalry Brigade has a modern garage and repair-maintenance facilities at its disposal. Now the tanks will go through a normal maintenance and inspection cycle. Since the beginning of October these works have been carried out by a German company, accompanied by the Polish soldiers, who, in this way, expand their knowledge about using the new vehicles – as the General Command informs.

Soldiers who have received their training needed to operate Leopard 2A4 tanks learn how to use the new tanks in Leopard Training Centre in Swietoszów. The training session is conducted by instructors who got their credentials in Germany.

According to the information provided by the 34th Brigade, besides the Leopard tanks, support and logistic equipment is also to be procured, including technical support vehicles and trucks. Specialized technical equipment and AGDUS laser shooting simulators will also be supplied.
