One of the main exhibits of Rostec State Corporation at IDEX-2019 was the 57mm gun which can be mounted on aircraft. The designer is the Burevestnik Central Research Institute of Uralvagonzavod, Rostec said: "The AU-220M combat module is an artillery gun which can be integrated into any platform, including assault aircraft and warships".

The Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Russia have signed a contract for the modernization of Emirati BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs), General Mohammed Al Hassani told TASS at the IDEX 2019. The UAE Armed Forces operate some 1,000 BMP-3s.

A major “attraction” of IDEX 2019 was the Chinese Silent Hunter, a laser defense system mounted on a 6x6 truck. It is basically an anti-drone laser weapon developed in China by Poly Technologies. It is an improved version of the 30 kilowatt Low-Altitude Laser Defending System (LASS) and is available in both fixed and mobile versions.
On the occasion of the IDEX 2019, Nexter exposes an armed variant of the Optio range. Combining Milrem's "THeMIS" remote control platform and a Nexter remote-controlled 20mm turret, Optio-X20 will help preserve the lives of soldiers in high-intensity combat or when used in a hostile environment and provide the combat group with means of observation and fire support operated remotely under the control of the human operator.
At IDEX 2019, TRB (Tehnicki Remont Bratunac) from Republika Srpska presented some of their products, such as the RS9 Vampire or the Despot 4x4 armored vehicle. The Despot is a multi-purpose, highly protected off-road 4x4 armored vehicle, jointly developed by TRB and the Government of Republic of Srpska, and was revealed on the National Day of Republic of Srpska - 09 January 2019.
