General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS) demonstrate its land mobility capability at IDET 2019, the International Fair of Defence and Security Technology showcasing tracked and wheeled armored vehicle and a wide range of military bridging systems mounted on wheeled and tracked vehicles including the M3 Amphibious Bridging and Ferry System, also called M3 Amphibious Rig.

At IDET 2019, a defence exhibition in the Czech Republic, the German Company Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW), a KNDS (KMW+Nexter Defense Systems) company, presents the Leopard 2A7+ MBT (Main Battle Tank), one of the latest variant in the Leopard 2 MBT family. According to our information, the Czech army has a plan to upgrade or replace its fleet of MBTs between 2020-2025.

French Company Nexter Systems presents its TITUS (Tactical Infantry Transport & Utility System) 6x6 armoured vehicle "Augmented Mission" variant at IDET 2019, the International Defence and Security Technologies exhibition in Brno, Czech Republic. The TITUS was unveiled in September 2013 at DSEI, the International Defense & Security event in London, United Kingdom.

This edition of IDET will be of great importance for the Czech Armey because of the featuring of the four key candidates for the contract of the Czech Armed Forces going on the acquisition of 210 infantry tracked combat vehicle (to replace the BMP-2 currently in service in their Army). Among those candidates, Rheinmetall is proposing its LYNX vehicle to the Czech Armed Forces.

This edition of IDET appears to be really important for the Czech Armed Forces because it features the four key candidates for the huge contract the Czech Republic's Armed Forces going on the acquisition of 210 infantry tracked combat vehicle (to replace the BMP-2 of their Army). Among those candidates, PSM is proposing its PUMA to the Czech Armed Forces.

Zetor Engineering came at IDET 2019 in Brno, Czech Republic, with a full range of vehicles. Among these vehicles, the company has brought the Armoured Tactical Vehicle (ATV) GERLACH 4x4 in its brand new combat version, armed with a remote-controlled weapon system for machine-gun fire.

Today, on May 29, was launched the International Defence and Security Technologies exhibition in Brno, Czech Republic. It is the 15th edition of the event and it will end on May 31. As part of the display, this year, the exhibition will focus on the 20th anniversary of the Czech Republic's accession to the North Atlantic Alliance, and on the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the General Staff of the Czech Armed Forces.
