Czech Company Nanomembrane new nanofibrous membrane with high water resistance.
The Czech company NANOMEMBRANE in cooperation with the company Svitap and the Faculty of Textile Engineering of the Technical University of Liberec has developed a brand new nanofibrous membrane with excellent properties including extremely high vapour permeability; water resistance with a high water column, and 100% wind resistance for outdoor, sports and military purposes.

NANOMEMBRANE is the first enterprise in the world to start industrial production of nanofibrous membrane with the fibre diameter of less than 150 nm. Moreover, the entire production is based in the Czech Republic to ensure top quality, which is of utmost importance for NANOMEMBRANE.

Thanks to a unique nanofibrous structure with the fibre diameter of less than 150 nm, on 1 cm' the NANOMEMBRANE nanofibrous membrane has 20 million more pores than microporous membranes. This helps the NANOMEMBRANE achieve unique attributes that no other membranes in the world can match.

It is no secret that the NANOMEMBRANE nanofibrous membrane is very similar to human skin, thanks to which the NANOMEMBRANE can boast with extremely high vapour permeability, i.e. the ability to remove bodily moisture from human skin to the external environment. Moreover, the NANOMEMBRANE nanofibrous membrane is 100% wind resistant and its hydrostatic resistance may be higher than 30,000 + mm.
