Defence & Security Industry Association of Hungary at IDET 2013.

The Hungarian defence and security industry is continuously seeking real collaboration opportunities not just within both NATO and the European Union, as well the defence industries of countries further afield. The Defence Association of Hungary believes that small countries should join forces, since collaboration would bring greater opportunities on both each other's markets and on the markets of third countries as well. The association can already bring many positive examples for this and the Hungarian stand on IDET would provide a great opportunity for further expansion.

The Hungarian defence and security industry has seen a great deal changes during the recent years-changes to which it has worked very hard to adapt.

Over time, even its understanding of the terms "defence" and "security" have evolved to meet new challenges. On one hand, changing demands have led to an increasing diversification of products portfolios. On the other hand, the market has seen a broadening of the customer base to include not only the military, but also a wide variety of state and non-profit organizations.

The Hungarian Defence & Security Companies are flexible in meeting the challenges, have the proper products and service capacity to fulfill special demands, even for small quantities at a high, reliable quality.

At IDET 2013, visit the Defence Industry Association of Hungary to have the opportunity to meet representatives of the Industry and the Association. The meeting would also serve as a great opportunity for initiating of prosperous cooperation with Hungary.
