The Etienne Lacroix Group took the opportunity at IDEX 2019 to formally announce its recent acquisition of FALKEN (Spain) and Energetics Technology Ltd (UK), which was finalized at the end of 2018.

Through its acquisition of FALKEN, the Etienne Lacroix Group has strengthened its market position in Spain and in Latin America, and its law enforcement and security product offer.

By taking over ENERGETICS TECHNOLOGY Ltd, the Etienne Lacroix Group has opened the way to the British market, thereby optimizing its pyromechanism product portfolio and adding a complementary packaging activity (blast protection).

In the wake of the creation of its new trading subsidiary (UNITIVE) and the acquisition of the Esterline Group’s Wallop Defence Systems Limited’s naval business assets in 2017, this latest Group announcement demonstrates a real growth dynamic and places it among the major players in the pyrotechnic defense and security industries.
