Plasan has presented for the first time at Eurosatory its new armour, designed to defeat RPG rockets. Hybrid SlatFence is a light passive system, weighing just 7 kg/sq.m., thus being ideal for all kinds of vehicles and especially for light platforms. |

| It is comprised of highly strong and elastic polymer horizontal blinds that have metallic “teeth” on the edges. These cause a short-circuit to the rocket, making it to explode only as a grenade and not as a rocket, compared to other systems in the market that try to catch the rocket between heavy steel bars. |
