South Korea is planning a substantial investment of approximately 290 billion won ($218 million) for the development of the Hyunmoo-5, an advanced iteration of a domestically produced bunker-penetrating missile. This missile is intended for striking concealed subterranean enemy targets, as revealed by the nation's state arms procurement agency on September 18, echoed by the Korea Times. The endeavor is a response to South Korea's military's commitment to bolstering its deterrent capabilities in the face of the evolving missile and nuclear threats posed by North Korea.

The Wisent 1, developed by FFG, is an armored vehicle that covers multiple roles in military operations. It is designed to adapt to the constantly evolving needs of the armed forces, offering a range of configurations that include an Armored Recovery Vehicle (ARV), an Armored Engineering Vehicle (AEV), and a mine-clearing tank (MC). At DSEI 2023, FFG presented a variant of its demining version intended for Ukraine.

On September 14, 2023, BAE Systems announced that its armored articulated all-terrain vehicle, the BvS10, will undergo evaluation by the Indian Army starting this month. For this purpose, the BvS10 has been modified to meet the specific needs of the Indian Army, and BAE has already coined a name for this new variant, the Sindhu.

Belgian Minister of Defense, Ludivine Dedonder, on September 15 announced that "To date, our country has already provided 280 million euros in military aid to Ukraine. For example, the Belgian Defense started a collaboration some time ago with the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and the Belgian defense industry for the renovation and modernization of 40 M113 armored personnel carriers (…). Today, the first batch of 10 M113 vehicles has been completed and will be transported to Ukraine in the near future.
