According to pictures released by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) on September 19, 2020, U.S. Army has deployed Bradley M2A3 tracked armored IFVs (Infantry Fighting Vehicles) in Syria. Bradley armored vehicles rolled into eastern Syria and will be used by service members in support of Operation Inherent Resolve’s mission of working by, with, and through Partner Forces to ensure the enduring defeat of Daesh.

Tata Motors will sell 600 military trucks to the Royal Thai Army which is currently in the process of finalizing the details of the order. The information was revealed by Chutintorn Sam Gongsakdi, who is the Ambassador of Thailand to India, Rush Lane reports.

The schedule of acceptance trials of prospective combat vehicles of the Kurganets-25 Mechanized Infantry Combat Vehicle family has been agreed. They will begin in a year and reach completion in the autumn of 2022. The armored vehicle will be tested in various weather and climate. Experts believe some components and mechanisms are already undergoing trials, the Izvestia daily writes.

According to a post published on September 15, 2020, by French blog Blablachars, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), users of the Leclerc Main Battle Tank (MBT) for more than 20 years, have decided to donate 80 of these tanks to Jordan. In 1993, the UAE  has signed a contract with the French Company Giat Industries (now Nexter Systems) for the purchase of 436 combat vehicles, including  388 Leclerc MBTs, two driver training tanks, and 48 armored recovery tanks based on the Leclerc MBT chassis.

According to German Zeit online newspaper and other sources, among which The Firearms Blog, the German Ministry of Defense has selected the weapon that will replace the aging Heckler and Koch G36 assault rifle : the Thuringian manufacturer C.G. Haenel has won the contract for the delivery of 120,000 MK556 assault rifles to the Bundeswehr (German army), a contract worth around 245 million euros (over $290 million). The exact configuration of the weapons and the accessories they will be equipped with is still unconfirmed.

In order to achieve new quality in the Lithuanian Armed Forces and ensure provision of modern soldier equipment, the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defence has concluded an agreement with the German company Heckler & Koch and will provide its troops with pistols SFP9 SF Paddle. These pistols were chosen as the ones that best meet the needs of the Lithuanian Armed Forces.

According to a Tweet from DGMR (Directorate General Material Resources) of the Belgian army dated Sept.11, 2020, the American manufacturer has won the tender to supply 322 JLTVs 4x4 armored vehicles designated CLV (Command and Liaison Vehicle) for the replacement of the IVECO Lynx LMV armored vehicles in service with the Belgian army. 

Russian engineering troops will receive Uran-14 robotic systems. They will be delivered to all units. The vehicles can reach fire places and operate in dangerous conditions for humans. They will accelerate the advance of army units.

Drohobych Truck Crane Plant in Ukraine’s Lviv region, which manufactures military vehicles according to NATO standards, has resumed operations, Drohobych City Council's press service has reported. According to the report, this is the only enterprise in Ukraine producing vehicles of this kind.
